Continuing on the marathon posting tonight, next up is Holly And The Ivy's, a non-existent band created by Nick Laird-Clowes (of The Dream Academy fame) and enlisting some guitar help from Pink Floyd's own David Gilmour. I don't hear a lot of influence from either group in there, it's kinda just a pastiche of what Stars On 45 were doing at the time and taking to the top of the charts.
