Another late-night post for you here, this time from the controversial
Amos and Andy. Or is it? Looking at the label of the 45 above, it's got their name on it, but if you look at a copy of the 78 (shared at
The Internet Archive), it's credited to
The Jeff Alexander Choir. Their name is in smaller letters on the 45 for some reason, and neither Amos nor Andy appear to be present in the song that I can hear. Who knows what's going on here, unless they thought they needed a bigger name on the record. Anyhow, it's good music and I think you'll enjoy it.
